This recipe is Nomi Shannon’s – with a couple of my changes and suggestions. Nomi makes great simple raw recipes, and her classic raw cookbook The Raw Gourmet is timeless.
In a Vitamix or blender, blend well. Put in small dishes and refrigerate. This lasts several days in the fridge (if you can resist it for that long!).
